At BraveGen, we are committed to protecting the data and privacy of all of our users. We believe in open, transparent communication that puts our users’ needs first.

As of May 25, 2018, BraveGen is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which safeguards the security of users in the European Economic Area. This page briefly explains how BraveGen is GDPR compliant.

First, we have updated our Privacy Policy to identify the information that we collect about our users, how we use that information and how we keep it safe.

Second, we recognize that it’s important for you to control your information so we have features that help you to easily manage and access your personal information within BraveGen.

Third, since we use some third-party suppliers (e.g. Amazon Web Services) to make BraveGen available, we are reviewed and negotiated these contracts with a view to ensuring that they comply with applicable laws, including GDPR. Where amendments to these agreements were required we entered into data processing agreements with our suppliers.

Fourth, we recognize that protection of your data involves us so we are always improving our internal controls around employee access to data and data security incidents.

None of these steps are likely to impact the way you use BraveGen day to day.

We have also set up an email address where you can contact us with inquiries related to GDPR, data protection or privacy: gdpr@bravegen.com.

Thank you for using BraveGen!
